Add shredded cucumber or pomegranate along with rock salt and chat masala... It tastes really good
Grate cucumber. Add it with its water content to mashed dahi. Add some handful of roasted & crushed peanuts.
Add pineapple pieces to ur dahi. If its freshly chopped pineapple then add little sugar or to ur taste.
Add chopped vegetables like patta ghobi, cucumbers, tomatoes, chopped carrots and aome beetroot to ur raita. Add pinch of sugar too.
Grate onion, beetroot carrot snd cucumber in equal quantities snd add it to thick blended curd. Add salt and sprinkle tadka od green chillies abd rai.
