mine always come out very oily, i have stopped making them. is there a way to make them less oily?

Yes Hemakshi please heat oil to boiling point nd reduce fame n sfry on medium so theyre done well Remove on kitchen paper towels to remove excess Sorry but have u added roasted crushed peanuts

Hemakshi, for less oily sabudana vada, you can make them in appe pan, as i am giving below.
Sure but u cannot get the taste of the sabudana vada as is in making it in Appe way
Yes, soaking sabudana overnight helps. And with roasted ground Singdana ( ground nuts ) add grated coconut powder too. After preparing just before frying greese vada with oil usind brush and than shallow fry in nonstick pan. While shallow frying coconut powder in vada helps to soak less oil ( as it contains oil in it. ). And you can fry on medium flame.
Great though i never heard of coconut in this And i never used will sure try next time Mine as is are without coconut
