And healthy too.....first tossed the bacon slices on a non - stick pan and fried the eggs in the bacon fat itself!
@ Raminder. .....put the bacon slices directly on to a heated non-stick pan, sprinkle some black pepper on it and allow it to braised in it's own fat. When done break eggs into the pan (the bacon fat in the pan is sufficient for the eggs too). You can make it sunny side up or beat the eggs and then pour it to make a regular omelette.
