This is a traditional recipe in orissa, I prepraed it in my style.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 500 militre
  2. Lemon 1
  3. Jaggery 150 gm
  4. Ghee 2/3 tablespoon
  5. Almond for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take a kodai add milk ,when boiling add lemon juice .
  2. Make chhana and strain it with a cotton cloth.
  3. Keep it for 1 hour.
  4. Take a bowl add chhana and jaggery smashed smoothly.
  5. Take a microwave bowl and add ghee and jaggery ,keep it at normal temperature 5/6minutes.
  6. Open it from microwave and add smashed chhana ,keep it for 10 /12 minutes.
  7. Remove it.take a plate ,turn over the bowl on it likely in the picture,and garnish it with crushed almond.
  8. Before Serving cut into pieces
