Ingredients to make Paneer jalfrezi

  • 1cup paneer cut length wise
  • I cup all three color bell peppers (red, green, yellow) cut length wise
  • 1 big onion length wise
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2-3 green chillies chopped or as per your spice level
  • oil- 2 tbsp
  • All spices as per your taste buds- chilly powder
  • salt
  • haldi
  • Garam masala
  • Cumin, coriander powder
  • ginger julienne for garnish
  • Chopped coriander green chilly
  • Two tbsp cream for garnish (optional)

How to make Paneer jalfrezi

  1. Heat oil in a pan.. Add ginger garlic paste
  2. Add green chilly chopped
  3. Add bell peppers and onions and add all masala
  4. Keep Stirring it.. We don't want veggies messy we want crunchy in bite.. So when it became tender add paneer and all dry spices and lemon juice
  5. Switch off the gas.. Garnish it with ginger julienne fresh coriander and slit green chillies and cream..
  6. Enjoy with paratha or naan or chapati

My Tip:

You can add more veggies if you want to then it becomes Paneer veggie jalfrezi.
