Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Poha 2 bowl
  2. onion 1 medium
  3. Mustard seed 1/2 tea spoon
  4. Curry leaves 5 to 6 leaves
  5. Turmeric 2 pinch
  6. Lemon juice of 1
  7. Green chillies 2
  8. Rosted peanuts 25 gram
  9. Salt according to the taste
  10. Refined

Instructions

  1. Soak the poha
  2. Cut onion, green chillies and coriander finely
  3. Take refined in a pan and put mustard seed and curry leaves in it
  4. Then put onion and turmeric.. Leave it for 2 min
  5. Now put the soaked poha and lime juice and salt... Mix it well.... Leave it for 2 to 3 min
  6. Switch off the gas and add peanut
  7. Serve it hot and garnish it with coriander
