Ingredients to make Nuts polav

  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 tbsp white till
  • 1 tbsp black till
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp rai
  • 1/2tsp methi seeds
  • Few curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • salt to taste
  • 1tsp pepper pwdr
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 bowl boiled basmati rice
  • 10 kaju
  • 10 almonds
  • 10 walnuts
  • 2 cloves
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala pwdr
  • 1/4 cup aloo ko sali
  • 1/4 cup bikaner sev

How to make Nuts polav

  1. Take a pan, add oil then all the seeds one by one satue, then add all dry fruits an saute till pink.
  2. Than add curry leaves and chilly and mix it well.
  3. Add dry masala and mutter, mix it well.Now add boil rice mix it well again.
  4. Sprinkle aloo sali and bikaneri sev and serve hot.
