  • 1 watermelon cut into pieces and deseeded
  • 1/2 cup olives sliced
  • 100 grams feta cheese cubed
  • a handful of mint leaves
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar to drizzle
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil to drizzle
  • pepper to taste

"Summer in my plate" .....this is what I would call this colourful salad with juicy watermelon, olives and feta cheese. We had this salad long ago in a cafe in Pondicherry and loved it. Thank you for sharing Bindiya. I will definitely try it.
