Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ingrendents for masala-
  2. 1 cup flax seeds
  3. 1cup dhaniya seeds
  4. 12 peppercorn
  5. 8 cloves
  6. 4 dry red chilies
  7. 1/2 cup saunf
  8. Ingrendents for paratha-
  9. 1 bowl chopped palak
  10. 2 onions chopped
  11. 2 green chillies, chopped
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1tsp chat masala
  14. 1/2 tsp amchur pwdr
  15. 1/2 tsp gram masala pwdr
  16. 1/2 tsp black salt
  17. 1/2 tsp chilly pwdr
  18. 1/2 tsp haldi
  19. 1cup dahi
  20. 500gm flour
  21. oil to fry
  22. 1tsp ajwain seeds

Instructions

  1. Take pan add masala and dry roast, then coarsely grind and keep aside.
  2. Add all ingrendients into the flour, step by step and then add dry masala pwdr, knead into a soft dough and keep for 10mints.
  3. Take a rolling pan roll out a small paratha, spread oil than sprinkle flour and fold into square shape.
  4. Than again roll it out into a semi thick paratha and fry on tawa with oil till light brown in colour and serve hot with your choice of achar and dahi.
