- 2 cups rice flour
- 1 large onion paste ( makes the sarvapindi soft, chewable n flavorful, its optional though onion haters can avoid )
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- 2 to 3 tbsp Moong dal
- Few curry leaves chopped
- Few scallions or green or spring onions chopped..
- 2 tbsp Red chilli powder or to taste
- Salt to taste
- Warm to hot water as needed
- Oil as needed

My Tip:*Adding more of oil make it kind of deep fried resulting in crispy texture... *Use two pans so that u can keep making roti's or sarvapindi on alternate pans while the other cools down..
