Rava Idli with schezwan chutney

Ingredients to make Rava Idli with schezwan chutney

  • MTR Rava Idli mix
  • Or Rava 250 grams
  • 100 gms curd
  • Salt and chilli powder as preferred
  • 1 to 2 tbsp oil

How to make Rava Idli with schezwan chutney

  1. Mix curd well into MTR RAVA IDLI MIX.
  2. Add salt and little chilli powder to taste.
  3. Keep aside for ten minutes.
  4. If using rava mix above ingredients and give baghar of mustard seeds and roasted dal.
  5. Now add Eno mix well and keep from ten min.
  6. Heat water in idli steamer grease a little and pour mix into idli moulds.
  7. Steam for 15 min.
  8. Remove slowly and enjoy hot.

Use MTR rava mix very authentic Have fresh n hot Do apply little oil to the dye of Idli
