Fruity Sundae

Ingredients to make Fruity Sundae

  • 3 scoops of vanilla icecream
  • 3 scoops of Butterscotch Ice cream
  • 5-6 cherries (Seasonal fruits can be used)
  • 3-4 Roasted walnuts (roughly chopped)
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate sauce Ingredients:
  • 6 cubes of dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coffee powder
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 cup cream

How to make Fruity Sundae

  1. Take a steel bowl and fill it to the brim with water, bring this water to a boil.
  2. Once the water starts boiling, lower the heat.
  3. Next take a smaller pan with a handle and add in the chocolate cubes and cream, place this pan right on top of the heated bowl without touching it.
  4. The indirect heat will melt the ingredients and combine them together.
  5. Then add in the coffee powder, honey, and stir until the sauce is smooth. Cool and reserve.
  6. Take a sundae glass and start assembling the dessert. Initally put in the chocolate sauce then 2 scoops of the vanilla icecream.
  7. Follow this procedure and alternate the layers with butterscotch ice cream.
  8. Garnish with a dash of whipped cream, a sprinkle of roasted walnuts and a cherry on top.
  9. Serve instantly to savour it at its best.

My Tip:

You may opt for seasonal fruits or your favourite fruit instead of cherries.
