Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Rice 4 bowls soaked in water
  2. carrots,beans,peas,potato,onion,capsicum 1 bowl each
  3. karri leaves 10-15
  4. salt,chilly powder,turmeric powder
  5. sambhar masala 3 spoons
  6. imli pulp 4 spoons
  7. oil 4 spoons
  8. water 8 bowls
  9. ginger garlic paste 1 spoon

Instructions

  1. Take a kadhai n heat some oil and mustard seeds and kari patta.
  2. Add all vegetables and sauté it for 2 minutes
  3. Add 8 bowls of water and all leftover ingredients including rice.
  4. Cover the kadhai and cook them on low flame till all water get dried up.
  5. Serve it super hot with nariyal chutney or curd.
