Chicken korma

Ingredients to make Chicken korma

  • Chicken breast 200gm
  • Onions 3
  • Curd 1 cup
  • Garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  • Red chilli 2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder 2teaspoon
  • Cinnamon powder 1teaspoon
  • Cloves 4
  • Bay leaf 2
  • Black pepper 4
  • Cinnamon stick 1/2inch
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

How to make Chicken korma

  1. Heat oil in a kadai try onions and keep aside.
  2. Grind the onions with the curd. Keep bit of onions for the garnish.
  3. In a same kadai add garlic paste saute for a minute add chicken fry till oil separate.
  4. Now add all the powder spices and whole spices.
  5. Cook till oil seperate
  6. Now add curd and onion paste. Cook for 10 mins.
  7. Add water if want little gravy.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and fried onions.
