How to make Vegetable Kuzhi Paniyaram
My Tip:Check the consistency of batter after fermentation and adding vegetables. Too thick a batter will give hard paniyaram. Add little water if required to adjust the batter to a pouring consistency. Allow the paniyaram to become crisp by cooking them on low to medium flame. They taste best when served warm.
