ABOUT Cheese Vegetables RECIPE

It is very yummy and easy to make, it is an indian recipe but in an international style.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 par boiled potato
  2. 1 Carrot par boiled, sliced
  3. 1 Brinjal, sliced
  4. 1 Zucchini, sliced
  5. 100 gms Parmesan cheese
  6. 75 gms fresh Bread crumbs
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tsp Pepper powder
  9. 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  10. 2 tsp fresh Parsely, chopped
  11. Oil to shallow fry
  12. 1 cup Maida
  13. 50 ml Milk

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, add maida, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, parsley and milk. Make a thick batter.
  2. Take plate, add cheese and fresh bread crumbs and mix it well.
  3. Dip vegetables into the batter then coat with cheese and bread crumbs mixture and shallow fry on a non stick tava, both the sides till light brown in colour.
  4. It is ready to be served with the choice of your dip.
