Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 3 tbsp fresh coriander
  4. 1/2 tsp black salt
  5. 1 tsp chilli powder
  6. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1 /2 tsp garam masala
  8. 1 tsp dry mango powder
  9. 1/4 tsp chat masala
  10. 1)2 cup gram flour
  11. 1)2 cup water

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP BOILED AND MASHED POTATOES, ADD 1/4 TSP EACH CHILLI POWDER, GARAM MASALA, BLACK SALT
  2. SALT, 1/4 TSP CHAT MASALA, 2 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES, 1/4 TSP ROASTED CUMIN POWDER
  3. 1/2 TSP DRY MANGO POWDER AND MIX WELL
  4. PLACE THE COTTAGE CHEESE SLICES ON BROWN BREAD, NOW SPREAD THE POTATO MIXTURE
  5. COVER WITH ANOTHER BREAD SLICE AND PRESS IT FIRMLY
  6. TAKE 1/2 CUP GRAM FLOUR, ADD 1/2 TSP CHILLI POWDER, 1/4 TSP EACH OF TURMERIC POWDER AND GARAM MASALA
  7. SALT TO TASTE, 1/2 TSP DRY MANGO POWDER, 1 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES AND 1/2 CUP WATER
  8. MAKE A LUMP FREE BATTER
  9. ADD 2 TSP OIL ON HOT TAWA
  10. COAT THE BREAD WITH BATTER AND PLACE ON HOT TAWA
  11. ROTATE THE TAWA AND FLIP THE PAKODA
  12. APPLY THE GRAM FLOUR IF IT IS NOT COATED WELL
  13. COOK FROM ALL SIDES
  14. OUR BREAD PAKODA IS READY
  15. CUT IT
  16. ENJOY!
