Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 Nadaro/Lotus stem boiled with salt
  2. 2 Potato boiled
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1/4 cup roast chana powder
  5. 1 tsp saunf powder
  6. 1/3 tsp Eliachi powder
  7. 1/2 tsp laung powder
  8. 1/2 Dalchini powder
  9. 1 tsp Mirch powder
  10. A pinch of Haldi
  11. Oil to shallow fry
  12. Fresh dhaniya
  13. 2 green chilli chop
  14. 1 Onion chop
  15. 1 tsp ginger paste

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, add grated lotus stem, boiled potato and mix well.
  2. Add all the ingredients as mentioned in the order above, mix well.
  3. Make a round tikki dust with chana powder and keep aside.
  4. In a pan add oil and shallow fry the kebabs making sure both the sides turn light brown in colour.
  5. Serve hot with choice of your chutney.
