  • 3-4 medium size Potatoes, boiled
  • 1 tsp Chana dal
  • 2 tsp Sambhar masala
  • Turmeric Powder as per choice
  • Chilli powder as per choice
  • 1 tbsp ginger chilli paste
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Coriander for garnish
  • Curry leaves as per choice

How to make Hot and Spicy potato masala South Indian style

  1. Boil the potatoes and cut in desired sizes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add chana dal and fry it. Add ginger chilli paste and sambhar masala, curry leaves.
