Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer cubes 200gm
  2. Onion 1no cut into cubes
  3. Capsicum 1no cut into cubes
  4. Garlic chopped 2tbsp
  5. Cornflour 2tbsp
  6. Chilli sauce 1tsp
  7. Soya sauce 1/2tsp
  8. Vinegar 1/2tsp
  9. Tomato sauce 1tbsp
  10. Black pepper powder 1tsp
  11. Sugar 1 pinch
  12. Ajinomoto 1 pinch
  13. Spring onions 2tsp(optional)
  14. Sesame seeds 1tsp (optional)
  15. Oil 2tsp
  16. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Dust the paneer cubes with cornflour, salt and black pepper powder.
  2. Shallow fry in high flame till brown from all sides.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, saute.
  4. Add onion and capsicum cubes saute in high flame for 2min.
  5. In the meanwhile mix all the sauces in a bowl with little water, salt, sugar and ajinomoto.
  6. Add this sauce mixture to the pan and mix well, then add fried paneer cubes.
  7. Toss well in high flame so that paneer is coated with sauce.
  8. Garnish with spring onions, sesame seeds.
  9. Serve hot.
