Okra pachadi

Ingredients to make Okra pachadi

  • Curd 2 cups
  • Okra 1/4 kg
  • Oil 2 tablespoon
  • Mustard seeds 1 tea spoon
  • Urad dal 1 teaspoon
  • Curry leaves
  • Green chilli finely chopped 2 to 3
  • Dried red chilli 2nos
  • Salt to taste

How to make Okra pachadi

  1. Chop okra in to small pieces.
  2. Add oil in the pan put mustard seeds, urad dal, red chilli, green chilli and some curry leaves and allow it to pop.
  3. Then add okra and salt and fry nicely till it crisps up, this takes upto 15 minutes.
  4. Now turn of the heat and add curd, stir well and serve.
