Ingredients to make A very staple Dosa with a twist of mysore chutney added to give a flavour of both and made crisp

  • Half kg Dosa mix
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tblspoon schezwan sauce
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tblspoon oil
  • water as required to have right consistency to spread

How to make A very staple Dosa with a twist of mysore chutney added to give a flavour of both and made crisp

  1. Mix little water in dough to get the right consistency.
  2. Heat dosa griddle/non stick tava well.
  3. Start spreading your dough.
  4. Apply the mysore chutney mix slowly cover cook a little bit remove cover lid , remove as it gets crisp.
  5. Optional- spread any filling of choice.
  6. Brush some oil after every dosa flip.

My Tip:

Serve hot and dont over thin the batter.
