Ingredients to make Dahi ke kabab

  • 1 cup Hung curd ( tie half kg fresh curd in a muslin cloth and hang for 4 hours)
  • 2 medium sized boiled potatoes
  • Half cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Coarsely ground garlic-ginger-green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped corriader
  • salt to taste

How to make Dahi ke kabab

  1. Mix hung curd, smashed boiled potatoes and other ingredients.
  2. Shape like kebabs and shallow fry in oil till golden brown.
  3. Serve with pudina chutney

My Tip:

Add a half cup mixed vegetables like cabbage, carrot, spring onion can be added to enhance the flavour and fibre content.
