Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm.paneer
  2. 2_3 tbsp refined flour
  3. 1 ltr.milk
  4. 4_5 saffron strands
  5. 1/2 tbsp elaichi powder
  6. 2 bowl sugar
  7. 2_3 drop kewda
  8. 1 bowl chopped dryfuits

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add refined flour paneer mix well.mix the mixture till when u add in your palm it should smooth .
  2. It takes time to make smooth texture.
  3. Boil milk still it turns thick add sugar saffron dry fruits .and Kesar drops.
  4. Now heat pan add sugar water boil it when it's light thick add paneer ball.
  5. Now add it on that chasni
  6. Now add it on milk ready to eat rasmalai....
  7. Add Chopped dryfuits keep it chilled and serve it.
