  1. Hariyali Chicken Tikka Ingredients:
  2. 1.Boneless Chicken Cube - 5nos
  3. 2.Thick Yougart - 2tbsp
  4. Mustard Oil - 1tbsp
  5. Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cups
  6. Mint leaves - 10nos
  7. Lemon juice - 1tsp
  8. Turmeric Powder - 1/2tsp
  9. Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Green chili paste - 1tsp
  11. Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1tsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Butter For Brushing
  14. Chicken Afgani Tikka:
  15. Boneless Chicken Cube - 5nos
  16. Hung yougurt -2tbsp
  17. Fresh Cream -1tbsp
  18. Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1tsp
  19. Green Chili Paste - 1tsp
  20. Black Pepper Powder - 1tsp
  21. Garam Masala - 1tsp
  22. Cornflour -1 tbsp
  23. Lemon juice - 1tsp
  24. Mustard Oil - 1tbsp
  25. Butter For Brushing
  26. Chicken Tikka :
  27. Boneless Chicken Cube - 5nos
  28. Red Chili Powder - 1tsp
  29. Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 1/2tsp
  30. Turmeric Powder - 1tsp
  31. Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  32. Salt to taste
  33. Coriander Powder - 1tsp
  34. Cumin Pawder - 1tsp
  35. Hung Yougurt - 2tbsp
  36. Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1tsp
  37. Lemon Juice - 1tdp
  38. Musturd Oil - 1tsp
  39. Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
  40. Gram Flour - 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Chicken Hariyali Tikka Method -
  2. Mix all ingredients together & make a smooth paste. Next add the chicken pieces & marinate well . Then keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3. Chicken Afgani Tikka Method :
  4. In a bowl add all the ingredients & then add the chicken pieces . Mix them well & give a good marination . Then keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  5. Chicken Tikka Method :
  6. 1st Put the tawa on oven add 1tbsp white oil for temparimg next add ajaib & gram flour stir about 1min then keep aside.
  7. In a bowl add all the ingredients & then add chicken pieces . Mix them well . Then keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours
  8. After 2 hours now arrange all the marinated chicken into the skwer & apply little extra marinating masala .
  9. Then take a grill tawa ,add butter , spread it.
  10. Then Add chicken skwer.
  11. Cook on high flame for 2mins.
  12. After 2mins on one side , we'll flip it over.
  13. Simmer the flame & cover ut with a lid & cook for 5mins.
  14. After 5mins open the lid & cook it an high flame .
  15. Cook out until you get nice grill marks .
  16. Then serve 3 colours tikka with green chatni & onion.
