I made this recipe innovative with paneer bhaji served with paav

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2kg paneer
  2. 1cup tomatoe puree
  3. 1cup seasonal mixed veggies shredded
  4. 2tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. Salt
  6. Pepper
  7. 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  8. 1tsp bhaji masala
  9. 1 lemon juice
  10. 1tsp corriander chopped
  11. 1tsp corriander powder
  12. 1tsp deggi chilli powder
  13. 1 onion slices round
  14. 4 pav ready made
  15. 100grms butter
  16. 2-3tsp pure ghee
  17. 1tsp chaat masala

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan add tomatoe puree and all the veggies in it and saute for a minute
  2. Add corriander powder, turmeric, salt pepper and deggi chilli ppwder and bhaji masala
  3. Now add lemon juice and little water and cook until oil separates
  4. Now add paneer and cover with lid and cook
  5. Now add little cream and chillies and sliced onions and butter
  6. Cook for a mintute and serve
  7. For pav, cut the pav in middle and fry them on tawa with butter and little salt
  8. Serve pave with paneer bhaji and sprinkle some chat masala over it and serve
