Ingredients to make Korean cabbage salad

  • Purple cabbage 1/2
  • Cucumber 1/2
  • Kimchi 1/4 jar
  • Sesame seeds 1-1.5 Tbs
  • Sesame oil 1 Tbs
  • Salt 1/2 Tsp
  • Lemon juice 1/2 Tsp
  • Roasted peanuts 1 Tsp

How to make Korean cabbage salad

  1. Finely grate purple cabbage and cucumber
  2. Finely chop the kimchi and add to the grated vegetables
  3. Add sesame oil, lime juice and salt to the grated veggies and mix all ingredients
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and roasted peanuts
My Tip: Add sesame oil and seeds as per taste
