Most of the time we eat rohu curri ,jaal.so boring!frist time I tried rohufish cutlet,we know fish have a lot pf protein.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 pieces fish keema
  2. 2 pieces potatoes boiled
  3. 2/3 tablespoons
  4. 1tablespoon cumin seeds
  5. 1/2 garom masala
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Olive oil as necessary
  8. 7/9 tablespoons coriander leaves
  9. 1 ,1/2 onion
  10. 3/4 cloves garlic
  11. Cucumber,1
  12. 8/9 tablespoons bread crumbs
  13. 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add all ingredients, except oil, breadcrumbs,egg mixed it well.
  2. Take a korai add oil,those mixture also,stir it well.
  3. Remove it,make a shape as you like.
  4. Take a bowl add egg and salt 1/2tsp mix it well.
  5. Add cutlet shapes keep into egg batter.
  6. Keep it breadcrumbs ,cover it well.
  7. Take a pan add oil fry it deeply.
  8. Now it's time to serve hot fish cutlet with salad,thank you
