Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 200 grams
  2. 1 spoon cornflour
  3. Sugar 1 cup
  4. Ilaychi 4
  5. Kesar strands 8-9
  6. 1 spoon milk
  7. 2 glass of water

Instructions

  1. Mash the paneer pieces perfectaly
  2. Add cornflour and mix it well atleast for 10 minuts
  3. Make small size balls without cracks keep aside
  4. Add 2 glasses of water on a pan add sugar and boil
  5. Add ilaychi on boiling water
  6. Pour 1 spoon of milk , after 1 boil the waste get separate take it out with help of a spoon
  7. Put the balls on boiling water
  8. Cover the pan with plate
  9. Boil for 15 minut on high flame
  10. When the paneer balls gets double in size off the gas
  11. Let it cool completely
  12. Take it to the fridge serve cold with lots of chasni,
  13. Sprinkle kesar strands enjoy the yummy rasogulla
