Mutton is rich in Iron and that is easily absorbed by the body an hence it should be part of a diet.Mutton soup recipe is very simple, plain with a minimal use of spices yet very tasty.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 grams of mutton
  2. One teaspoon ginger garlic and
  3. corriender leaves paste
  4. 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  5. Pinch of black pepper
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1tea spoon ghee
  8. 2-3 cups of water.

Instructions

  1. Wash Mutton and cut in a small pieces
  2. apply ginger, garlic and corriender leaves paste and turmeric to mutton.
  3. mix it well and keep aside for half an hour.
  4. Heat a pressure Pan add 1teaspoon ghee. when ghee is hot just add your marinated mutton and fry till mutton changes its colour.
  5. Add salt,black pepper powder and 2 to 3 cups of water.
  6. Close the lid and let it cook for 3 to 4 whistles.
  7. soup is ready.
