Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Basmati rice 1 cup
  2. Moong dal 1/4 cup
  3. Minced mutton 1/2 cup
  4. Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  5. Salt as required
  6. Oil as required
  7. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  8. Garam masala 1 tsp
  9. Cinnamon small
  10. Cloves 2
  11. Cardamom 1
  12. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Coconut milk 2 cup
  14. Water 2 and half cup
  15. Mint leaves few

Instructions

  1. In cooker heat oil add cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.add onion saute it well
  2. After add ginger garlic paste.and then add tomato,mutton,red chilli powder, turmeric powder ,salt, garam masala.mix well.
  3. Add soaked rice and moongdal.and wait for 5-6 whistles.
  4. After open the lid.add coconut milk and water,and add coriander leaves and mint leaves.wait for 3 whistles.
  5. Mutton nonbu kanji is ready to eat.
