Ingredients to make Mixed Flour & Spring Onion Crepes

  • millet Flour / Bajra Atta - 1 cup
  • Sorghum flour / Jowar Atta - 1 cup
  • Rice flour / Chawal ka Atta - 1/2 cup
  • Black Gram Lentil flour / Urad Dal Atta - 2 tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • cumin / Zeera - 1 tsp
  • coriander Powder / Dhania powder - 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder / Lal mirch powder - 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder / Haldi - 1/2 tsp
  • spring onion Leaves - 1 cup finely chopped
  • salt as needed
  • oil to shallow fry

How to make Mixed Flour & Spring Onion Crepes

  1. To make Mixed Flour - Spring Onion Crepes Recipe, start with mixing all the flours and spices in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add water to make a pouring batter. Make sure the batter is thick. Adjust salt according to taste.
  3. Now add cumin and chopped spring onion leaves and mix well. Stir well to remove lumps.
