Crunchy banana rolls

Ingredients to make Crunchy banana rolls

  • 6 hard ripe bananas
  • Roasted nuts like almond , cashewnut and walnuts.
  • Plain conflex
  • honey
  • Any essnce of your choice (optional)

How to make Crunchy banana rolls

  1. Crush the nuts coarsely.
  2. Peel off the ripe bananas and cut into equal halves.
  3. Insert the ice cream stick in the bananas.
  4. Then dip the bananas in the honey and then coat them with the crushed nuts and conflex.

My Tip:

keep these rolls in the refrigerator for about half an hour and serve chilled as a dessert.
