About Coriander Chutney Recipe

It is a nice accompaniment with all types of sandwich, pakora, aloo tikki, dhokla, dabeli ,samosa and chaats

Coriander Chutney

Ingredients to make Coriander Chutney

  • 1 cup Fresh coriander
  • curd (200 ml)
  • ginger paste (1/4 tbsp)
  • garlic paste (1/2 tbsp)
  • 1 chopped green chilli
  • salt (1/2 tbsp)
  • Red chilli powder (1/4 tbsp)

How to make Coriander Chutney

  1. Cut the leaves of fresh coriander.
  2. Grind the chopped leaves and green chilli in a blender.
  3. Add garlic paste, ginger paste, salt and red chilli powder in it.
  4. Add curd into the mixture and blend it again till you get the desired taste.

My Tip:

Store it in a covered container in the refrigerator.
