RIBBON PAKODA

Ingredients to make RIBBON PAKODA

  • Rice Powder – 2 cups, Besan – 1 cup, chilli pd – 3 tsp, Hing – 1 tsp
  • butter- 6 tsp/ Sunflower Dalda- 6 tsp, Pinch of soda (optional), Oil for frying.

How to make RIBBON PAKODA

  1. Mix Rice Pd, Besan, Salt, Chilli pd, soda, Hing.
  2. Heat the Butter till it melts / if using Sunflower Dalda heat it well as when you pour over the mixture the dalda should froth
  3. Mix well to crumbs. Now add water and make a soft dough. Put the dough in sieve and fry in the oil the Ribbon pakodas
