Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Butter - 3 cubes( small pieces)
  2. Egg - 1
  3. Honey - 2 tsp
  4. Maida - 1 cup
  5. Apricot - 10 (finely chopped)
  6. Almond - 15 ( finely chopped)
  7. Sugar/ brown sugar - 1 cup
  8. Oats / corn flakes - for topping

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS; BUTTER, EGG, HONEY, MAIDA, APRICOT, ALMOND, SUGAR,(OATS/CORN FLAKES) FOR TOPPING
  2. TAKE A BOWL ADD BUTTER, EGG,
  3. ADD HONEY TOO THIS MIXTURE, WHISK WELL, KEEP ASIDE
  4. TAKE ANOTHER BOWL ADD 1 CUP OF MAIDA SIEVE THROUGH USING FILTER,
  5. ADD CHOPPED APRICOTS AND ALMONDS INTO THE DRY MIXTURE
  6. ADD SUGAR /BROWN SUGAR UR WISH
  7. MIX WELL
  8. ADD THE EGG MIXTURE TO DRY MIXTURE MIX WELL,,,
  9. BATTER IS READY NOW
  10. TAKE A PAN ADD FOIL SHEET/ BUTTER SHEET ADD THE BATTER INTO THE PAN
  11. NW ADD TOPPINGS TO THE BATTER ,, SPRINKLE OATS OR CORN FLAKES
  12. NW BATTER IS READY TO BAKE,,, PRE HEAT THE OVEN
  13. BAKE THE BATTER IN OVEN 190℃ TO 30 - 35 MIN
  14. AFTER 30 MINS CHECK THE BATTER ,, USE TOOTH PICK IF ITS NOT STICKY ,, THE BARS ARE READY
  15. COOL 10 MINS,,, AFTER CUT INTO SMAL PIECES
  16. Yum yum crumb bars ready
