  1. 400 grams strawberries washed hulled and frozen
  2. 200 grams condensed milk
  3. 200 grams low fat cream
  4. 1 tsp vodka (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender add all the ingredients and blend on high. You'll get a semi-solid consistency, which is perfect.
  2. Pour this into a tin or a box and freeze for atleast 6 hours before serving.
