Hi...How to make the egg less version of this pancake
Does the batter need to be fermented? Should it be kept aside for 3 hours?
1. Sift the dry ingredients together - whole wheat flour, salt and baking powder. Keep aside.
2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe banana till pulpy. Add honey, milk, vanilla and egg to it.
3. Sift in the dry ingredients. Add in the melted butter and whisk well.
4. Heat a flat pan and drizzle some oil onto it. Pour in 1/4 cup batter per pancake and cook on each side for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown.
5. Serve with sliced bananas and more honey

this one is really good. But plz tell me why I mentioned cook time 3 1/2 hours? I don't think this recipe will take that much time.

in the 3rd point do you want to say mix the sifted dry ingredients with mashed ones.and whisk it adding butter?
please use 2 tblsp yogurt with 1 tsp ground flax seeds as a substitute.
can we substitute eggs?
