Ingredients to make Homemade peanut Butter

  • 1 cup raosted unsalted peanuts
  • 2 tbsp sugar/honey
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • A pinch of salt

How to make Homemade peanut Butter

  1. Blend in roasted peanuts, sugar and salt to a smooth powder. Continue to blend till the peanut mixture starts releasing oil.
  2. Add oil and blend it till desired consistency is achieved.
  3. Store in clean, dry container and refrigerate.
  4. Stays good upto 2 weeks.

My Tip:

Add more oil if the peanut butter is too thick.
