ABOUT Crunchy Rice Balls RECIPE

Snack made from left over cooked vegetables and rice.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. left over pulao/ biryani/ steamed rice - 2 bowls
  2. leftover cooked vegetable - 1 bowl
  3. Leaf cody - a few
  4. Pizza seasoning - 1 spoon
  5. Garlic ginger paste - 1/2 spoon
  6. Chopped onions - 5 spoons
  7. Salt , chilly and dhaniya as per taste
  8. Corn flour mix with water - 1/2 bowl
  9. Bread crumbs
  10. Oil for frying
  11. Mustard seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except corn flour, bread crumbs and oil to make small balls of it.
  2. Dip these balls in corn flour batter and then in bread crumbs.
  3. Fry them till they turn crunchy and brown in colour.
