Low calorie dish which is healthy and tasty

Healthy chilla

Ingredients to make Healthy chilla

  • soya/ nutri granules( soaked in water) 1 big bowl
  • besan 4 -5 spoons
  • Salt and chilly as per taste
  • ajwain
  • Chopped onion
  • Green chilly as per taste
  • oil
  • water as per requirement
  • capsicum
  • tomato
  • coriander,mint leaves- 1 small bowl each
  • jeera 1 spoon each

How to make Healthy chilla

  1. Add all ingredients and make a dough from it.
  2. We are using besan to bind soya mixture, so in case the mixture is not binding you can add more besan to it
  3. Add water and knead.
  4. Flatten the dough on polythene sheet (as we do in case of making makki Ki roti)
  5. Cook it on a non stick pan and add little oil to make it more crispy..
  6. Serve it hot with ketchup or green chutney..
