ABOUT Aam panha RECIPE

Raw mangoes are used for preparing variety of dishes but my favourite is this chilling and cooling drink.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 4 raw mangoes
  2. 2 tbsp sugar
  3. 10 piece gathi
  4. 1 tsp salt to taste
  5. 2 tsp charoli or chironji
  6. 1 tsp grated coconut
  7. Pibch of cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook raw mangoes for 5 minutes. And let it cool.
  2. Remove its cover and take out the pulp in a bowl. Add sugar, salt and blend till you get smooth paste.
  3. Add cardamom powder and 4 glass of water or as required.
  4. Add charoli, gathi, grated coconut and keep in frigde to chill. Gathi will dissolve.
  5. Serve chilled with rice papad and colourful kuradi.
