Peanuts are coated with masala and then fried. A perfect snack for all occasions.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Peanuts 1 cup( raw)
  2. Gram flour 1/4 cup
  3. Rice flour 1 1/2 tbsp
  4. Chilli powder 1 tbsp
  5. Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  6. Garlic cloves 10 with skin
  7. Hing 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Water as neede
  10. Oil for deep frying
  11. Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
  12. Red food colour a pinch

Instructions

  1. Take groundnuts in a microwave safe bowl and cook them for 4 minutes on low temperature
  2. Till they get roasted
  3. Take fennel seeds and garlic in a mixture and crush them
  4. Take peanuts in a bowl add salt,chilli powder ,crushed garlic and fennel
  5. Add in gram flour ,rice flour,baking soda, hing,
  6. Mix well
  7. Sprinkle water ,add in food colour and mix to form a coarse mixture
  8. Heat oil in a deep pan
  9. Fry them in hot oil till they turn into golden colour
  10. Drain them
  11. And enjoy
