Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Frozen Seekh Kabab - 400 gms
  2. Onions finely chopped- 5-6
  3. Ginger paste- 1 teaspoon
  4. Garlic paste- 1 teaspoon
  5. Coriander powder- 1-1/2 teaspoon
  6. Chilli powder- 1/2 teaspoon (you can increase if you wish)
  7. Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  8. One Full Tomato Puree
  9. Cream- 1/4 cup
  10. Garam Masala powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Oil- 3 tablespoons
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  14. 1/4 cup of tamarind water

Instructions

  1. Saute Seekh Kabab ( cut into small usual pieces) in a non Stick Pan for 10 Mins. Dice some Chicken Masala over the kababs before putting on the pan.
  2. In a pan, heat oil and add the onions and saute till golden brown. Add the ginger-garlic pastes and stir well for a few seconds. Add the coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, fennel powder and stir well. Then add the tomato puree and cook till the oil separates.
  3. Add the seekh kababs and mix well. add some water here. then add 1/4 cup of tamarind water. Once the mixture comes to a boil, add the salt and cream and mix well. Add the Garam masala powder and switch off as soon as it just starts to bubble. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Yummy Very tasty Very easy within no time. I added two boiled eggs also & slightly toss in same pan, just after tossed seekhs. Full marks :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:
