Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cups bajra
  2. 3cups buttermilk
  3. 1 onion finely chopped
  4. 1 green chilly finely chopped
  5. salt as per taste
  6. Few coriander leaf

Instructions

  1. Wash, clean the bajra and soak overnight or for 2-3 hours.
  2. Drain the water, add fresh water and pressure cook for 4-5 whistles.
  3. Once the pressure subsides, slighlty mash the cooked bajra, and allow to cool.
  4. Now add rest of the ingredients, mix well and serve immediately or chill.
