  • Lemon 1
  • Curd 3 tablespoons
  • Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • Black salt 1/4 teaspoon
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  • Rice flour 1 tablespoon
  • Cornflour 2 tablespoons
  • All purpose flour (maida) 1/4 tablespon
  • Kesari powder (orange food colouring powder ) 3 pinches
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for Deep frying

How to make Chicken65 restaurant style

  1. Mix all ingredients and marinate chicken using the mixture for 1 hour.
  2. Add very little water if necessary. The batter should never be thick. Deep fry it in oil till its cooked
