Chicken65 restaurant style

Ingredients to make Chicken65 restaurant style

  • chicken 1/2 kg
  • lemon 1
  • curd 3 tablespoons
  • pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • Black salt 1/4 teaspoon
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  • Rice flour 1 tablespoon
  • Cornflour 2 tablespoons
  • All purpose flour (maida) 1/4 tablespon
  • Kesari powder (orange food colouring powder ) 3 pinches
  • salt to taste
  • oil for Deep frying

How to make Chicken65 restaurant style

  1. Mix all ingredients and marinate chicken using the mixture for 1 hour.
  2. Add very little water if necessary. The batter should never be thick. Deep fry it in oil till its cooked
  3. Serve hot with a piece of lemon. Vegetarians can also try with paneer or cauliflower with the same ingredients and process for paneer 65 and gobi 65
