A Healthy and tasty laddu. This recipe is adapted from Priya's versatile recipes and modified according to my family's taste buds.

Badami Oats Laddu

Ingredients to make Badami Oats Laddu

  • Badam/ almonds 1 cup
  • Oats 1 cup
  • Powdered Jaagery 1 cup
  • ghee 2-3 tsp

How to make Badami Oats Laddu

  1. In a pan, dry roast badam for 4-5 minutes or until the outer skin turns slight black and set aside.
  2. In the same pan dry roast oats until crisp for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Cool the roasted items and grind them after adding jaggery.
  4. Take the ground powder in a wide vessel, add ghee and mix well.
  5. Form medium size laddus and store in an airtight container.
