ABOUT NOODLES Basket with fried Paneer and Vegies RECIPE

Ramadan and Eid Receipes.This is a delicious dish, made with noodles, paneer and veggies. A delightful dish, perfect for Ramadan and Eid.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 small packet Noodles
  2. 1 Capsicum green( thinly sliced)
  3. 1 Capsicum yellow(thinly sliced)
  4. 1 Capsicum red( thinly sliced)
  5. 1 Carrot (thinly sliced)
  6. 1 big Onion small diced
  7. 1" piece Ginger
  8. 8-9 Garlic cloved
  9. 1 teaspoon salt
  10. 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes
  11. 1/2 teaspoon White pepper
  12. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  13. 1 small bowl Refined oil (for frying and cooking)
  14. 1 teaspoon each Red and Green chilli sauce
  15. 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  16. 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  17. 3 teaspoon Tomato sauce
  18. 200 grams paneer

Instructions

  1. First of all boil Noodles in a boiling water when they become little soft, strain it's water in a strainer and apply 2 teaspoon oil on noodles so that they don't stick.
  2. Now take one pan switch on gas and put oil in it and put noodles in a steel big bowl and press them with another small steel or metal bowl press it again.
  3. This is the time to keep these bowls softly in oil after a minute or two take out small bowl slowly& let them fry.
  4. Now turn it take out big metal bowl out, your noodles basket is ready.Take it out and keep it on kitchen towel.
  5. Fry Cubed paneer pieces in the same oil.
  6. Take out Al oil from pan let remain 1 tablespoon oil in it, now put small diced or crushed ginger and garlic & onion& carrot when it changes it's colour then put all sauces with salt , both peppers and red chilli flakes.
  7. Now it's time to put fried Paneer and all capsicums in it, stir it fast and continuously.
  8. Take a serving plate keep basket of noodles on it and turn veggies in it garnish it with sesame seeds.
