Maida 4 cup
Boiled potato 5
Chopped onion 3
Chilly sauce 2 tbs
Soya sauce 2 tbs
Tomato sauce 2 tbs
red Chilli powder 1 tbs
salt as per taste
Chat masala 1/2 tbs
Water for making daugh
Oil for frying.

Instructions

Firstly boil potato and peel off its skin
Now mash all the potato
In a bowl get mashed potato in it add chiily sauce , soya sauce , tomato sauce, red chilli powder, salt, chat masala .
Mix it well and keep aside
In another bowl make a daugh
For making dough add maida water salt and make a smooth daugh
Get equal size of boll from this dough
Get one boll and Make a round chapati
Divide this chapati in two equal portion
Put the potato masala in a one portion and make its roll Now in this way make another portions roll
From the dough make another chapati and roll
In a pan put oil for heating and in a low flame deep fry the rolls . Make it golden brown and serve hot.
