ABOUT Zero oil veg corn soup RECIPE

This is perfect meal for lunch or dinner. Fully oil free, very healthy and tasty. We can eat more and it's still healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/4 portion red cabbage/cabbage
  2. 1 medium red onion
  3. 2 medium tomatoes
  4. 1 green bell pepper
  5. 1/2 cup sweet corn
  6. 5-6 pieces white mushrooms
  7. 2 pieces green chili
  8. 1/2 inch Ginger
  9. 5-6 cloves garlic
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1/2 tbsp crushed black pepper
  12. Water as required
  13. 3 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Firstly heat the kadai or where you cook the soup. Chopped the onion into dice and give it to the kadai. Low the flame of the gas.
  2. Now chopped the cabbage roughly and add in the kadai and fry them for a while. The frame should be medium-high.
  3. Add sufficient water to boil the vegetables particially. The vegetables will be boiled but still remain the crunchiness. Add some salt and black pepper.
  4. Chopped the mushrooms and add into the kadai.
  5. Chopped green chilies, ginger and garlic finely and add into the kadai.
  6. When the soup is boiling then chopped the tomatoes into small pieces and add into the kadai.
  7. After some time add the frozen sweet corn. It will also boil with the soup.
  8. When the vegetables are tendered, chopped the green bell pepper into cube shape and add into the kadai.
  9. Check the taste of the soup. Cook for 5 minutes. Switch of the gas and it is ready to serve. Add lemon juice before serving.
